Week 5

From the last lecture, I learned a lot about the strategies of negotiating. I was clueless before that I couldn't differentiate between collaborating and compromising, but I guess I can say that I understand it now though I might confuse it sometimes. By knowing the strategies, I believe that I could apply this later to make sure that my negotiation will be effective.

From the activities in class, I was really excited when discussing the activities in break rooms. It helps me to stay focused in class and helps me understand better the lesson we had that day. The activity on Abigail's story was really cool as I learned that everyone definitely has a different view even though we were discussing the same thing. Overall, week 5 class was great.
