In today's lecture, we started to learn the third phase of the negotiation process, which is bargaining. Bargaining is wherein the peak of information is exchanged, if both sides really want to maintain the relationship, they both have to stay loyal and take the 'give and take' seriously since it will cost their future relationship.
I learned that a good negotiator should willingly be generous during bargaining, instead of selfish because after all, a win-win ending is indeed the best scene in a negotiation.
Also, in today's class, we were separated into break-out rooms to discuss Dr. Ronald and Dr. Jones Ugli Orange's case.

For my group, we received Dr. Ronald's side, and here I attached together a snippet of how the role play was going on during today's class. In my opinion, I believe it was totally mind-blowing on how both sides could convey the character well while negotiating.
They totally had me fooled if I did not know the situation because everything seemed real.
Even though we did discuss everything together in the break out room, but I was really thankful to the representatives because they definitely did the best job into this.
Even in the break out room, we were quite excited during the ongoing discussion because the case study was really fun to brain together.
